3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the cumi23 Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. cumi23 strictly enforces this requirement and will close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21, with all associated funds forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed for and marketed to players residing in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in breach of these Terms and at their own legal risk.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a contract.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. If you have previously self-excluded from cumi23 or any other gambling platform and your self-exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
4.1 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the cumi23 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any positive balance forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify cumi23 immediately at the support email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
4.4 Right to Refuse. cumi23 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via the email provided on this site. Outstanding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will not be withdrawn as part of account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been satisfied.
5.1 cumi23 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.4 cumi23 reserves the right to suspend an Account and freeze funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC, and to decline withdrawal requests where identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.
cumi23 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction on the Platform. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. cumi23 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold displayed on the Platform will not be processed. cumi23 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
All transactions on the cumi23 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Amounts are displayed using standard Indonesian formatting (e.g., Rp 50.000, Rp 1.500.000). cumi23 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency directly.
In the event that a deposit does not reflect in your Account balance within 30 minutes, please contact cumi23 support with proof of the transaction (e.g., a bank transfer receipt or e-wallet screenshot). cumi23 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 1 business day.
7.1 cumi23 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games or bet types, and validity periods. These terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page before a Player opts in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance. Wagering requirements are clearly stated per promotion (e.g., "30x bonus amount"). Bets placed on certain game types — including live dealer tables where specified — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement completion.
7.3 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. It may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. cumi23 reserves the right to withdraw a welcome bonus if it believes the Player has attempted to exploit the offer.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, using automated betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated Bonus Funds forfeited. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of cumi23.
7.5 Promotion Validity. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be used within 7 days of being credited to the Account. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that exceed their validity period will be automatically removed from the Account.
7.6 cumi23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on cumi23 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. cumi23 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed following a technical error, where odds were published in error, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
8.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: (a) the event to which it relates is cancelled or abandoned; (b) odds were offered in error due to a technical malfunction; (c) the outcome of the event has already been determined at the time the bet was placed; or (d) cumi23 determines that the integrity of the event is compromised.
8.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) are available on eligible football markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, and other supported competitions. If any single selection within a mix parlay is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections. The specific mix parlay rules for each market are published on the relevant betting page.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to suspension during critical moments of a match (e.g., penalty kicks, goal reviews). cumi23 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to a live market suspension.
8.5 Results. Official results are determined based on the result at the end of normal play, unless otherwise stated in the market description. Matches that go to extra time or a penalty shoot-out are settled on full-time result only, unless a specific market covering extra time is offered.
8.6 Togel Markets. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and similar draw-based products, results are determined by the official draw as published by the relevant draw authority. cumi23 is not responsible for discrepancies in results published by unofficial third parties.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cumi23 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
10.1 All content on the cumi23 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of cumi23 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of cumi23.
10.3 The cumi23 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use of any cumi23 trademark is strictly prohibited.
11.1 cumi23 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 cumi23 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13.2 cumi23's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 cumi23 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any game outcomes or betting odds displayed on the Platform.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 cumi23 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
14.2 Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — cumi23 will notify registered Players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cumi23 holds its international gaming license. These terms are not governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting cumi23 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral institution designated by the Company's licensing authority.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
